When disasters strikes, Country Caterers BBQ will work with you to recover our community. Our staff has been recovering the community for more than 30 years. Our area of expertise covers natural disasters, military exercises, entertainment venues and large event management whether it be public or private functions. Country Caterers has the capability to establish emergency support services at many diverse locations. We own a lot of our own equipment and supplies thus enabling us to react quickly. Our subcontractors are highly ethical and respected companies in the community. Our core value is to provide our clients with exceptional service. Our customers have to us that our turnkey service, outstanding food, and exceptional staff have saved them thousands thru increased moral, increased productivity and satisfied employees. Our philosophy is to offer a turnkey service to our customers, finding the resources needed to make the emergency situation as success. We keep a three day supply of food on hand at all times, unless we are closing down a site. We find clients initially under estimate their needs. Keeping extra resources on hand allows us to adjust to changes in meal counts quickly. If the client needs to make change - no problem. We attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability. Country Caterers feels as if they are a part of the restoration team working to restore resources and services to the community. Our staff is very knowledgeable in emergency situations and strives to offer impeccable service. We manage entire projects from start to finish thus offering one vendor and point of contact.
All meals are cooked on site to ensure freshness. We have a variety of rotating menus covering 7, 14, 28 and even a 60-day menu. With notice meal plans may be modified to your specifications. Country Caterers BBQ strives to offer selection and quality with every meal. We offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and canteen supplies. Canteen items consist of a variety of snacks, canned drinks, bottled drinks, bottled water, electrolyte drinks, ice, warming and cooling beverages. WE OFFER ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES BY THE PALLET OR TRUCKLOAD! All meals are visually appealing, appetizing and nutritionally sound. Each meal is chosen to provide a daily recommended serving of protein; grains, fruits, and vegetables. Our meal servings are generous offering 1.5 portions per person. We prepare all meals in accordance with federal, state, and local regulatory health safety & safety offices; which regulate all food products temperature control guidelines. Country Caterers BBQ monitors and maintains all food services lines. Food temperatures for prepared and unprepared provisions are regulated with traditional cooling and warming equipment such as; heat lamps, chaffers, hot boxes and the like. Traditional serving utensils, food containers, and beverage containers are utilized for food service. Each meal will have the appropriate single service items such as disposable plates, cups, flatware, napkins and condiments for the meal. We provide adequate staff to sustain the job site. We provide storage for all food provisions. Supplies are shipped and stored on tractor trailers or the like.
