About Country Caterers BBQ

Country Caterers BBQ began as a free enterprise venture by Tom and Cathy Perryman during the late 70’s. They worked to develop a company with integrity, ethics, value and service giving the same attention to small events as to large events. Eventually one of Tom’s mottos became; large or small we cook them all. They focused on preparing all meals on site ensuring quality and freshness. Tom and Cathy began catering every aspect of their clients’ needs; expanding from a small company into a turnkey full service catering company.

Tom and Cathy began offering more than just great BBQ. They grew variety from traditional entrees to hor’durves and formal cuisine. As growth continued throughout the 80’s Country Caterers BBQ began providing rental equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, generators, moon walks, slides, and amusement rides. The company now has more than fifty different types of family entertainment to choose from. During the early 90’s Tom and Cathy performed their first large government exercise. It was at this point they began to expand into base camp, life support and disaster response. Having the ability to be completely mobile gives the company the aptitude to partake in many different types of events from corporate, organizational, backyard, formal, banquets, weddings, government and emergency response. Very few companies offer as much diversity as Country Caterers BBQ. In addition very few have the extensive network of resources and suppliers as Country Caterers BBQ.

Since its inception Tom and Cathy diligently embraced hard work and networking to sustain their business. They believed making the right connections, providing quality food, and exceptional service would ensure growth. Country Caterers BBQ will forever continue to change and evolve into the company its customer’s desire. If it were not for the hard work of its employees and entrepreneurial dedication given by its founding partners Tom and Cathy Perryman, Country Caterers BBQ would not be the success it is today. Our customers are the reason we have continued to grow and prosper.
